Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst
Job Summary
To support patient care delivery, the full-time Associate Revenue Cycle Analyst will analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and collaborate with clinicians and end users to enhance clinical and business systems in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Epic and associated systems, ensuring software modifications align with specifications
- Document workflows, perform gap analysis, and develop future workflows during new implementations
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing status updates and troubleshooting system issues as necessary
Required qualifications:
- Epic Certification or ability to complete certification within 3 months of classes
- Associate degree in business, information systems, healthcare, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of clinical, business, or technical background preferred
- Basic knowledge of HL7 and API concepts within integrated healthcare applications
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
