Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To support patient care delivery, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst will analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and collaborate with clinicians to design, build, and maintain clinical and business systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance clinical and business systems to support patient care delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess workflow processes, identify gaps, and develop future workflows
• Provide on-call support for production systems and troubleshoot issues while ensuring effective communication with hospital leadership and end users

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Information Science, or a healthcare-related field
• Epic Certification or ability to complete certification within 3 months of training
• 1+ years of experience in communicating complex technical concepts and developing training materials
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
• Intermediate knowledge of HL7 and API concepts within an integrated healthcare applications environment
