Job Summary

To support growing home health operations, the full-time Remote Orders Processor will manage physician order processing and compliance, ensuring timely care delivery while working from home in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track physician orders in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines
• Monitor outgoing and incoming orders to ensure timely signatures and follow up on outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate records in the WellSky/Kinnser Orders Manager system and support operational teams in meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Some college required
• Must reside in Florida
• Home health orders experience is required
• Experience working in a medical office with HHC agencies is necessary
• Forcura or Mosoi experience is required
