Job Summary

Providing advanced support in the Compromised Settlements Unit, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage complex legal billing cases, including subpoenas and statutory attorney requests, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Florida statutes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead liaison for law firms and internal departments on complex Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and billing dispute accounts
• Process complex subpoenas and statutory attorney requests for billing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
• Mentor and train lower-level staff on procedures, workflows, and best practices related to billing and compliance

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification, or license
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in legal billing or revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Florida statutes, and prompt pay laws
• Experience with Epic Workqueues and billing processes
• Ability to interpret and apply internal contracts and vendor agreements
