Job Summary
Providing operational leadership for Revenue Integrity functions, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee staff and workflows to ensure accurate charge capture, billing readiness, and revenue protection while working remotely from outside Florida.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage staffing activities including hiring, training, and performance evaluations for the Revenue Integrity team
- Analyze revenue cycle performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure compliance with charging requirements
- Develop and implement processes and controls to enhance charge capture accuracy and reduce billing rework
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in hospital billing systems, specifically with EPIC software
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Epic Charge Router Certification and/or Epic Resolute Billing Certification preferred
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems
