Job Summary
To enhance risk management practices, the full-time Florida Licensed Risk Management Specialist will manage regulatory surveys, analyze event report data for trends, and serve as a resource for hospital administration on legal and ethical issues in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage regulatory surveys related to complaints and risk management program surveys
- Monitor, analyze, and report event data to identify trends and risk exposures
- Develop and implement educational risk management programs for personnel and leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare-related field or risk management
