Job Summary
To support a growing home health agency, the full-time Florida Licensed RN Clinical Manager will oversee clinical staff, manage programs and services, and ensure compliance with medical standards while working remotely on weekends from Friday to Monday.
Key responsibilities
- Plans, develops, and manages clinical programs and services in alignment with company policies
- Supervises clinical staff and conducts regular evaluations to ensure quality of care
- Oversees case management and addresses client complaints to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida
- Associates degree in nursing required
- Active CPR certification per agency policy
- 3+ years of RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or hospice
- Basic understanding of OASIS and Medicare Skilled Nursing experience preferred
