Job Summary

To enhance patient care coordination, the full-time Florida Licensed RN Navigator Orthopedics will manage network integrity initiatives, evaluate patient follow-up needs, and collaborate with the orthopedic care team in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates network integrity initiatives with orthopedic care team members to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
• Completes follow-up assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and outcomes
• Gathers, analyzes, and presents Orthopedic Integration Program data to administrative and leadership teams for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• 1+ years of experience in orthopedic nursing or related field (required)
• Advanced knowledge of orthopedic nursing and health integration theory and practice (required)
• Skills in data analysis and program development (preferred)
