Florida Licensed RN Performance Specialist

Job Summary

To support clinical quality improvement efforts, the full-time Florida Licensed RN Performance Specialist will conduct clinical file assessments, participate in developing review tools, and ensure compliance with performance standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical file assessments to evaluate adherence to required clinical standards
• Participate in the development and review of clinical review tools for performance evaluation
• Engage in meetings to discuss findings and recommend areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of clinical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment (inpatient or outpatient)
• 1+ year of experience in Managed Care preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred
• Active RN license or equivalent clinical license required
