Florida Licensed RN Triage

Job Summary

Providing telephonic and ad hoc support to patients and families, the full-time Florida Licensed RN Triage will establish and maintain positive relationships while efficiently addressing callers' needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Triage phone calls and ensure efficient handling of inquiries related to patient services
• Provide telephone advice and education for patient needs, coordinating in-person visits when necessary
• Accurately document patient information and data in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Required qualifications

• Current Florida RN license with at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills, with excellent critical decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and data entry skills
