Job Summary

To enhance customer experience in a retail setting, the full-time Florida Licensed Sales Associate will sell eyewear products, assist patients with selections, and perform minor repairs while supporting various office duties.

Key responsibilities

• Sell eyeglasses and contact lenses, providing product expertise and quality customer service
• Assist patients in selecting eyewear through a consultative approach and execute minor repairs and adjustments
• Support office duties including answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments

Required qualifications

• Two years of retail, optical, or customer service experience
• Ability to build effective relationships and resolve various issues in a retail environment
• Experience in enhancing the perception and image of company brands
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as required
