Job Summary
To support students' academic success, the full-time Florida Licensed SAT/ACT Math Tutor will lead engaging online tutoring sessions, utilizing a structured curriculum while working remotely and maintaining a consistent weekly schedule of at least 38 hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Lead online tutoring sessions focused on SAT and ACT Math preparation and high-school mathematics through Algebra II
- Prepare for sessions using company-provided materials and communicate with students and families about academic progress
- Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development while collaborating with Faculty Leaders and fellow tutors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 1 year of professional teaching or tutoring experience
- Comfortable teaching math through Algebra II
- Experience in SAT/ACT tutoring or test preparation is a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and currently residing in the U.S
