To support a dynamic healthcare team, the remote contract Florida Licensed Scrum Master II will manage project intake and allocation, facilitate planning discussions, and ensure effective communication across product, business, and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and manage incoming project requests and resource allocation across multiple teams
- Facilitate planning and status discussions while removing or escalating blockers as needed
- Maintain allocation plans, dependencies, risks, and target dates, ensuring clear project tracking and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
