Job Summary

To support a growing claims administration team, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex liability claims remotely while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prompt investigations of liability claims and establish liability through interviews and evidence analysis
• Develop and implement settlement strategies, working closely with defense attorneys and clients
• Document all claim activities effectively and maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster License (5-20 or 6-20)
• A minimum of five years of experience handling liability claims and subrogation
• Experience with general liability, auto liability, and complex professional liability claims
