Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support outcomes
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Restaurant claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
