Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support outcomes in line with corporate policies and regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience, specifically in workers compensation
- Active Adjusters' licenses in FL, KY, and TN or reciprocal licenses
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
