Job Summary

Managing complex claims with minimal supervision, the fully remote Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and settle high-exposure claims while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages for complex claims
• Set proper reserves and exercise judgment in determining the appropriate course of action for claims settlement
• Communicate action plans clearly to involved parties and manage a full caseload effectively

Required qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
• Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster or ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer proficiency with claims and business software
• Bachelor's degree preferred
