To support a growing production team, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Construction Broker will negotiate placement and coverage strategies for complex clients, build strong carrier relationships, and design coverage solutions while working in Miami, Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Driving strategic solutions through creative use of capacity for Builder's Risk & Complex Casualty
- Building strong carrier and client relationships at senior management levels
- Marketing new business, negotiating complex programs, and overseeing renewals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; insurance degree a plus
- Insurance broker's license required
- 10+ years of complex casualty broking experience, including underwriting or analytical experience
- Deep technical knowledge of insurance contracts and structures
- Proven ability to manage large, complex clients and multiple projects
