Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal workstreams on acquisitions, dispositions, and closings across the real estate platform
- Drive refinancings, loan modifications, and restructurings with debt funds and banks
- Own high-volume contracting and manage multi-state regulatory compliance across various operations
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15+ years of legal experience in private practice and in-house leadership, particularly in real estate and private equity
- Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar
- Deep experience in commercial real estate transactions and complex negotiations
- Strong command of contracting, entity structuring, and governance
- Experience in directing litigation strategy and managing outside counsel effectively
