Job Summary

Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex high-exposure liability claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Excess Adjuster will work remotely to manage claims related to Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, and Professional Liability, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve coverage issues between clients and excess carriers
• Monitor third-party administrators' handling of claims and assist in obtaining settlements
• Document and communicate all claim activity effectively and timely, maintaining compliance with established procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster License (5-20 or 6-20)
• Minimum of five years of experience handling liability claims and subrogation
• Experience with general liability, auto liability, and professional liability claims
• Knowledge of applicable statutes and industry standards related to liability claims
• Ability to operate claims and business software effectively
