Florida Licensed Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing Complex Litigation team, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Litigation Attorney will manage day-to-day legal matters, serve as the primary client contact, and mentor junior attorneys while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute legal matters, including drafting motions, managing discovery, and carrying cases to trial
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback
• Identify and document additional legal needs for clients while maintaining proactive communication throughout the engagement

Required qualifications

• JD and active membership in the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial law
• Strong advocacy skills, including experience with motions, depositions, and negotiations
• Proven ability to manage matters independently with budget discipline and reliable delivery
• Experience in improving legal processes and systems within a structured environment
