Job Summary

Overseeing large-scale, technically complex construction projects, the Florida Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage field execution, resolve high-impact issues, and ensure alignment with client expectations while working remotely on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities and maintain communication between stakeholders to facilitate project execution
• Lead field oversight for complex projects, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, contract scope, and regulatory standards
• Provide strategic direction for project planning, risk mitigation, and safety performance while mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction management or related areas
• Extensive experience managing large, complex infrastructure or vertical construction projects
• Proven expertise in construction methodologies and site coordination techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple workstreams
