Florida Licensed Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of auto, boat, and RV dealers, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Senior Relationship Manager will develop and maintain relationships while promoting financial products and services to enhance dealer profitability.

Key responsibilities:

• Service customers by evaluating credit information and making relationship recommendations for loan and deposit requests
• Assess the effectiveness of formal call programs targeting new business and evaluate requests for dealer commercial services and financing
• Collaborate with Sales and Credit Managers to structure credits and monitor compliance with lending guidelines and internal control standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of Dealer Commercial Services and/or Commercial Lending experience, or 11 years of combined education and work experience
• Strong credit analysis and commercial lending skills, with knowledge of financial statements and credit reports
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively
• Proficiency in bank software programs utilized by the department
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work under critical time constraints
