Job Summary

Leading a team of settlement negotiators, the full-time Florida Licensed Settlement Team Lead will manage performance metrics, oversee case valuations, and ensure effective negotiation strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of settlement negotiators, focusing on hiring, training, and performance management
• Own and analyze key performance indicators to drive departmental success and report findings to firm leadership
• Oversee case valuation and negotiation strategies, ensuring quality and compliance in all settlements

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in personal injury, specifically in pre-suit settlement and negotiation
• At least three years of direct management experience in settlements or case management
• Demonstrated ability to manage through metrics and set performance standards
• Strong understanding of case valuation, including medical specials and comparative fault
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Florida personal injury law
