Florida Licensed SIU Investigator

Job Summary

Experienced in auto claims investigations, the full-time Florida Licensed SIU Investigator will lead comprehensive SIU investigations on complex auto claims, identify fraud networks, and collaborate with data science teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIU investigations on complex auto claims including Physical Damage, Bodily Injury, and PIP/Medical Payments
• Identify and dismantle multi-claim fraud networks and staged accident rings using advanced investigative techniques
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to refine predictive fraud models and address emerging digital fraud risks

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated SIU or auto claims investigative experience with a proven record on complex cases
• Deep knowledge of Florida PIP and BI statutes, treatment windows, and billing mill fraud
• Hands-on experience with intelligence platforms such as ISO ClaimSearch or LexisNexis
• Proven ability to investigate large-scale organized fraud rings and billing syndicates
• A college degree in criminal justice, insurance, or a related field is preferred
