Florida Licensed Special Education Manager

Job Summary

To lead the development and execution of the SOLA program, the full-time Florida Licensed Special Education Manager will ensure compliance and quality in special education practices across the national network, collaborating with campuses to provide personalized support for students with learning differences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, execution, and scaling of the SOLA program, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance across campuses
• Define and operationalize standards for special education practices, including IEP implementation and documentation compliance
• Monitor program performance through key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance student outcomes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in special education and current Special Education certification
• 7+ years of leadership experience in special education, including multi-site and multi-state operations
• Experience with state approval processes and deep expertise in IDEA and state compliance
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to scale programs across multiple locations
• Proven ability to balance compliance with a human-centered approach to student support
