Florida Licensed Spiritual Caregiver
Job Summary
To provide spiritual support to patients, the part-time Florida Licensed Spiritual Caregiver will assess spiritual needs, develop care plans, and respond to referrals while working remotely and following established workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Assess spiritual needs of patients and provide appropriate interventions
- Develop spiritual care plans by identifying objectives, interventions, and desired outcomes
- Process referrals and follow up on inquiries within the Epic EMR work queue
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in theological studies, healthcare, business, or a related area
- Successful completion of a Level 1A unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from an ACPE-accredited center
- Personal commitment to God and ability to relate to diverse backgrounds
- Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Suite programs and Adobe
- Congregational pastoral experience preferred
