To support property valuation processes, the remote Florida Licensed Staff Appraiser will perform desk reviews of property valuation products, provide guidance on valuation strategies, and ensure compliance with service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Perform desk reviews of property valuations and justify any differing conclusions in writing
- Guide staff on property valuation strategies and keep management informed of appraisal performance concerns
- Meet service level agreements related to property valuation processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in residential appraisals
- Current certification to perform residential appraisals
- Prior field experience in residential property appraisals
- Functional understanding of USPAP regulations
