Florida Licensed Study Intake Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with research regulations, the full-time Florida Licensed Study Intake Manager will manage research activities, develop institutional policies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with regulations governing research activities and recommend updates to institutional policies
• Communicate effectively with investigators, scientists, and leadership regarding research project feasibility and operational approvals
• Identify and pursue quality, revenue-generating clinical trials in collaboration with business development teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical, Scientific, Business, Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial operations from execution through completion, or 5+ years in a healthcare or research environment
• Knowledge of local, state, GCP, and federal regulations governing human subjects' clinical trials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant computer programs
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification preferred
