Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Tax Advisory Manager will lead tax planning consultations, deliver customized tax plans for business-owner clients, and maintain strong client relationships while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initial tax planning consultations and identify opportunities for tax savings
- Design and deliver 10-15 customized tax plans per month for clients
- Conduct quarterly planning meetings to review results and adapt strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong foundation in tax preparation and planning
- Experience advising business owners with $1M-$10M+ in gross receipts
- Strong technical knowledge of Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120
- Active CPA license required
- Demonstrated experience leading tax planning engagements from discovery through delivery
