Job Summary
Providing remote medical case management services, the full-time Florida Licensed Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will assist injured individuals in their recovery, ensuring coordinated medical services and exploring vocational options during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and assess medical services for injured clients, ensuring effective recovery plans
- Collaborate with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate care and return-to-work options
- Evaluate and secure pre-injury or alternate employment opportunities for injured workers
Required qualifications
- Unencumbered compact RN license required
- National certification required (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN)
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
- Additional state certifications may be required post-hire
- Current and unrestricted professional licenses or certifications that allow practice within a state or territory of the U.S
