Florida Licensed Therapist Intern

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Therapist Intern will provide telehealth counseling and evidence-based therapeutic services to clients across Florida, including behavioral health assessments and ongoing therapy, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services through telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining a minimum productivity standard of 24 qualifying billable services per week

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited college or university
• Current Florida Registered Intern status (RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFT)
• Minimum of one year of experience providing behavioral health or clinical services preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable internet access and a private workspace that supports HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
