Florida Licensed Title Examiner

Job Summary

Experienced Title Examiners will find a full-time remote opportunity in Florida focused on reviewing title records, analyzing chains of title, and preparing accurate title products to support real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and interpreting chains of title and property records
• Examining ownership histories and identifying title issues, restrictions, and liens
• Preparing and issuing preliminary title reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of title industry experience
• Experience examining title records and ownership histories
• Strong understanding of title insurance practices and examination principles
• Knowledge of legal descriptions and real property records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
