Job Summary

Actively seeking a Florida Licensed Total Loss Adjuster, the full-time remote position will evaluate claims, assess damages, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with industry standards while working from a preferred location within the Southeast region.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate claims and determine total loss values based on thorough investigations and damage assessments
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and explain offers clearly, addressing any concerns
• Prepare detailed reports on assessment findings and ensure all claim documentation is accurate and complete

Required qualifications

• Active Florida Adjuster license required; licenses in GA or TX are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, with experience considered in lieu of degree
• 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or claims processing preferred
• Familiarity with industry-standard valuation methods and software
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
