Job Summary
Passionate about the travel industry, the full-time Florida Licensed Travel Advisor will support customers with travel reservations, resolve complex issues, and negotiate with external providers while working remotely from Florida.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel arrangements and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Negotiate with vendors to address customer concerns, including loyalty points and program exceptions
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the travel industry with proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
