Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Florida Licensed Triage Nurse, the position will manage patient calls and EHR messages related to acute concerns, medication inquiries, and post-visit questions while providing exceptional customer service and coordination of care.
Key responsibilities
- Triages and assesses incoming patient calls, providing guidance for acute and non-emergent issues
- Communicates and coordinates with healthcare providers regarding patient care needs
- Documents call inquiries and implements care plans using established protocols
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Three (3) years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty
- Previous experience with EPIC EMR required
- Current RN license in the State of Florida and BLS certification
