Job Summary
Providing telephonic support to patients and families, the full-time Florida Licensed Triage RN will triage phone calls, offer education for patient needs, and ensure efficient handling of inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Triages phone calls and addresses callers' needs with excellent customer service
- Provides telephone advice and education, coordinating in-person visits when necessary
- Accurately documents patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Required qualifications:
- Current Florida RN license
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills with the ability to manage stressful situations
