Florida Licensed Virtual COTA
Job Summary
To support a growing Virtual Care team, the full-time Florida Licensed Virtual COTA will provide skilled therapy services remotely, assist patients with daily living activities, and educate caregivers on adaptive techniques under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments as per the plan established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and environmental safety strategies
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA credential and an unencumbered Florida COTA license
- Current CPR certification
- Prior home health or triage experience is preferred
