Job Summary

To deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, the part-time Florida Licensed Virtual Primary Care Physician will provide preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment via a telemedicine platform while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient care, including preventive services and chronic disease management, through a secure telehealth platform
• Educate and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated care and access to specialty consultations

Required qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical licenses in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care, preferably with telemedicine
• Current DEA certification in good standing
