Florida Licensed VP of Network Development

Job Summary

Overseeing provider network strategy and contracting activities, the full-time Florida Licensed VP of Network Development will manage provider relations, evaluate network costs, and support market expansion initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and negotiation for the contracting department, analyzing data to support contract negotiations
• Develop and evaluate provider networks, recommending expansion opportunities based on cost and coverage analysis
• Establish strategic vision and policies for the department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in network development and provider relations or contracting management in healthcare
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management
• Experience with contracting for Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines of business in Florida
• Valid driver's license
