Job Summary

Managing Workers' Compensation claims from intake through resolution, the full-time Florida Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster will focus on adjudicating medical-only claims, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Workers' Compensation claims from intake through closure, determining compensability and benefit eligibility
• Conduct investigations, develop claim strategies, and identify opportunities for early resolution
• Monitor treatment plans, coordinate return-to-work efforts, and administer indemnity benefits in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims handling
• Active and valid Florida Workers' Compensation Adjuster license (5-20 or 6-20)
• Experience managing medical-only Workers' Compensation claim portfolios preferred
• Ability to independently handle claims of moderate complexity and determine compensability
• Experience with litigated matters and sound judgment in negotiations and file direction
