Job Summary
To support a growing Florida practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Workers' Compensation Paralegal will draft legal documents, manage case files, and collaborate with attorneys in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents under attorney supervision
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate client communications
- E-file documents and assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists and case summaries
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in workers' compensation defense
- Strong knowledge of Florida Workers' Compensation laws and 60Q Rules of Procedure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software
- Experience with eJCC filing system and legal case management software
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred
