Florida Pre-Closing Assistant

Job Summary

To support seamless title and pre-closing operations, the remote Florida Pre-Closing Assistant will build relationships with clients, coordinate document collection, and act as a liaison among all parties involved in the settlement process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and builders
• Act as a dependable liaison to ensure a seamless settlement process from post-contract to closing
• Coordinate the collection of key documents and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of Florida real estate title experience
• Knowledge of real estate guidelines, ALTA Best Practices, and Florida title insurance regulations
• Proficiency with Qualia or similar real estate transaction platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication
