Florida Revenue Integrity Associate
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Revenue Integrity Charge Associate will utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators, resolve hospital billing charge edits, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with billing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claim and charge edits
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of Hospital Billing charge edits in Epic workqueues
- Provide training and support to team members on resolving claim and charge edits while communicating trends to Revenue Integrity leadership
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue services, or coding
- Understanding of CCI edits, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9-CM, and Revenue codes
- Ability to read medical charts and correlate services performed to charges on the bill (UB-04)
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
