Food Safety Certification Manager

Job Summary

Owning a defined portfolio of clients, the full-time Food Safety Certification Manager will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Food Assurance and Healthcare Assurance, managing client relationships and ensuring accurate quoting and order processing in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of Food and Healthcare Assurance clients, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for certification and advisory services while ensuring accuracy in order processing
• Maintain client records and pipeline in the CRM, providing regular performance reports to the Commercial Director

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, business development, or account support
• Knowledge of food industry audit schemes and certifications is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
