Job Summary
Leading the design and development of scalable food safety solutions, the full-time Solution Architect will collaborate with consultants and the Product Development team, manage technical best practices, and engage with customers to tailor implementations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust quality, compliance, and food safety solutions for customers
- Lead technical scoping engagements to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Coach and mentor team members while promoting continuous improvement and innovation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Food Safety or QA role or comparable implementation role in the FSQA space
- Ability to work well in small teams and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and systematic approach
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Successful completion of a reference and background check
