Job Summary

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Foreclosure Specialist II will manage foreclosure processes by executing financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing resolutions to minimize risks and losses while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage financial foreclosure documents in accordance with Federal Compliance standards
• Calculate bidding instructions and prepare foreclosure loans for sheriff's sale, ensuring adherence to agency and investor timelines
• Provide management with status updates and support internal staff with inquiries regarding foreclosure loans

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant work experience preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage default servicing
• Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with federal and state laws related to foreclosure processes
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and mortgage loan software
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents and terms related to foreclosure
