Job Summary
Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Foreclosure Specialist II will manage foreclosure issues by executing financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing updates to management while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Execute various financial foreclosure documents in accordance with Federal Compliance standards
- Calculate bidding instructions for nationwide foreclosure sales and prepare loans for sheriff's sale
- Provide status updates and support internal staff with foreclosure loan inquiries
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-5 years of foreclosure or mortgage default related experience, or 1-3 years with mortgage loan software
- Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with foreclosure-related federal and state laws
- Strong PC skills, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and mortgage software applications
- Ability to read and understand legal terms and conditions related to foreclosure processes
