Job Summary
To support the mortgage servicing team, the full-time Foreclosure Specialist III will manage foreclosure issue resolutions, provide compliance updates, and assist in training junior specialists while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work with governmental agencies and clients to resolve foreclosure issues and mitigate risks
- Provide status updates and ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines
- Assist in training and mentoring Foreclosure Specialist I and II
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of foreclosure or mortgage default related experience
- Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with relevant federal/state laws
- Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and foreclosure processing best practices
- Experience monitoring the activity of multiple accounts assigned to outside counsel
