Foreclosure Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Foreclosure Supervisor will oversee foreclosure department activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage relationships with clients and vendors to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop subordinate staff while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Oversee the execution of financial foreclosure documents and monitor nationwide foreclosure sales for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendor-related inquiries, managing communication and problem resolution effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of foreclosure or mortgage default experience, with management experience preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with relevant federal and state laws
• Experience with mortgage loan documentation and foreclosure processing best practices
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products and experience with default software applications
